This is how it arrived. Day before Xmas. Joke. No outer box. Shattered. They advised this is how they ship everything out. Which is false bc this is the third item I’ve bought and the first two arrived packaged a lot better. Due to their lack of poor customer service, accountability, and obviously the quality of item received, won’t be ordering from ever again.

I had wanted this GIFT to be shipped to my niece in VA. I paid extra shipping to makes sure it arrived before Christmas. It was SHIPPED TO MY HOME. Now it will be very late and I have to repackage and pay for more postage. My mom bought many things from Bradford. Thought I would try it. 1st and LAST time
