My sister is a cancer patient and this made her very happy.
This necklace is beautiful just would be nice if the chain was longer. The accessories on the chain are great so switching chains isn't really a great alternative.
I really like this necklace and the idea of what is represents, especially being a survivor, but it could stand to be about 3 inches longer.
