My daughter loves the necklass. However, I am extremely disappointed and discouraged by your customer service reps. Of 4 calls I was intentionally kept on mute for 15-20 mins on 3 of the 4 calls!! It seems the call quota is far more important than your customers. Now you want me to call you for something with my account??? If there is a problem, you can call me. I've worked in a call center, I know when I'm being kept on mute plus Anthony from 1 of those 3 calls admitted it to me only to turn around and do the same, put me on mute 15 mins then hung up. Very disappointed!!!
