This particular item took forever to arrive so I was extremely disappointed at how little the personalization is... it's so small it's hard to find it. I thought as long as it took to get here it would have been nice enough to see the name without a magnifying glass. Can't send it back because her birthday is the 27th of this month and it would take another month + to get a different one.

The necklace my husband and I ordered was not the necklace that we received. Instead of the name being ingraved on the front it was on the back. That is not what was advertised in the picture of what we ordered. We were told we would get a refund but we haven't received it yet.

I can't rate the item because I have not received it. Also, I can't get any information from the company. I tried to change passwords because the site would not accept my password. It said that they would send a link to change my password, I tried several times, but no link came through. I have dealt with Bradford before, but this will probably be the last time. I can't afford to lose $90, and the necklace was special for my daughter because I may not be here for the next Xmas. I just received the item (1/2/2021) what I received is not the way I ordered it. Also it looks like it should cost about $20 not the $80 I paid for it. I have used Bradford before, but never again. Also all the reviews seem to feel about the same way.
