This necklace is very pretty, however, I am disappointed that I am unable to read the writing on the front. You can’t tell that is says “my forever friend”. Debates on sending it back. I also didn’t see where the site said to “click here” for free shipping and paid too much to have it shipped.
I was pleased with my purchase. The jewelry was well packaged, arrived in a timely manner, and the craftsmanship was excellent. The only glitch was that I thought I wouldn't be charged for the mailing fee.

It's a nice piece, but I guess it's my fault for not realizing how small the engraving is. I couldn't even make it out when I received it. It is very pretty. I hope my friend will like it.
I was looking for something special for my wife and found this necklace. The message is perfect. The cost was very reasonable and while you usually get what you pay for, we got more. If you are looking for a simple but beautiful statement piece, consider the Bradford exchange; I'm glad that I did.
The chain is way to fragile . The pendant is nice though.

The letters on the heart are too tiny, very hard to read. On the picture, it shows very readable.

Have not seen it yet, when it was mailed someone stole it. I received an empty package and I'm waiting on my replacement which I hope I didn't get charged again for. I'm very disappointed and your packing need to be better so this type of thing doesn't happen again. Now I am going to miss the birthday with no present.

I'm disappointed with the necklace and am in the process of reading it for return. I don't like the size of the heart. I honestly thought it would be much smaller. I had purchased this for a dear friend but am disappointed in its look.
