She loves the ring. BUT!!!!!!!!!! It wasn’t delivered on time like it said it would. IT WAS TWO DAYS LATE. HELL OF A WAY TO ASK SOMEONE TO NE YOURS FOREVER ON XMAS. When I didn’t have the ring to give her because it wasn’t delivered on time like the company said it would!!!!!!! Bad advertisement on delivery part

I love the birth stones and the design where the birth stones are. I do not like the middle zirconia. It is so cloudy and not clear. Looks like it needed buffed more. I wanted to love this so much.

It is jaw dropping how incompetent you are. Sent me a completely different ring, I guess you were hoping I would keep this cheap ring being so close to Christmas, knowing I would not receive another one in time.
