I didn't get the ring as promised. I couldn't propose without a ring. My heart was shattered. She didn't think I get her anything. Now I'm a liar, according to her, and she's probably going to break up with me. I hope your business can do better in the future. Sad. Just so sad. TCB

Bradford has asked me to rate a ring I haven't even received yet! Paid the extra money to get it here by Christmas. Today is Dec 27 and still NO ring. I sent customer service an email days ago and still NO reply! Will never again order from this company!!
