It was shipped on December 3rd and I haven’t received the ring. I cancelled the order. They told me to wait until December 19th . Needed it now. Terrible service.

I bought the ring for my fiancé for Valentine's Day and when she opened the box she was so happy. She has not taken the ring off since. She loves the ring so much I catch her starring at it.
Never received my order...I was told December 11th...didn't happen...my wife didn't get her Xmas. I would never consider the bradford exchange for anything...I will for certain tell everyone I know about my horrible experience with your fraudulent company. Milton R Baser
