The ring itself is fantastic however your customer support on your website is not working. I bought two of this type, the first was a size 9 and the last was a size 10. The size 9 was too small and just after Christmas, I asked for a return label so I could exchange it for the correct size but never received a reply. I have sent you four requests and have yet to get a reply. I await your responce.

I ordered a size 10. The box says size 10 but the ring is a size 8. Not as big as shown in the picture. Unable to even see what is on the ring. Returning this product.
