The ring is beautiful. However, I paid for express 2-day shipping and it took a week to arrive. Even though they refunded express charge they still charged me for shipping.

I have Not received the ring yet. Ordered 12-13-25. Was expected Dec 29. Now expected Feb 11, 2026. Contacted customer service. I have not received a response. Very disappointed. It was to be a gift. I want to cancel this order.

Good quality and craftmanship. Just smaller than expected. I also ordered 1 size too large. Plan to return and order diamond horse shoe ring instead.
