it's a little hard to rate a product when you ordered it over 16 days ago and have not received it yet. I purchased this due to losing my horse, as a remembrance of her. I have been very disappointed in the fact that I have not received it yet.

I an extremely diappointed in this ring I received from you. It does NOT look like the picture in the ad (nor does it look like my Gentle Spirit horse necklace). The ring is very tiny and the horse head in the ring I received is gold colored on the face, not silver like the ad picturel Its very ugly compared to the Ad picture of this ring. I am very upset and will never order anything from you again. In my opinion this was false advertising!!! I can't believe I paid $110.90 ( includes shipping and taxes) for this ring that doesn't look like the ad picture. Ugh.
