I was very disappointed to see this ring in person as the “opal” stones were an odd color and no two were alike.

I purchased the ring and four days later I lost an opal. I’m still waiting for my replacement ring so I can’t really give a proper rating.

The ring is beautiful…however the opals do not have good color…they don’t look like genuine opals…especially the center (focal) opal… I asked if it was possible to exchange it and was told I could just return it for a refund…(seemed very dismissive). It could just be a form letter…but I was hoping to at least speak to someone so I could understand better…
