Arrived with bloodstains all over it, didn't see them until I put it together and turned it on. Been attempting to reach a resolution that doesn't involve me handling a biological hazard and breaking USPS shipping policies with customer service for 13 days now but it takes them about 5+ days between messages to give me an unhelpful short response that resolves nothing. It's still sitting in the junk pile in the corner of my kitchen, awaiting a resolution so I can put some gloves on and throw it away. Even if I wanted to handle blood and shove it in a box and ship it back, I can't, because it is impossible to take apart after following the instructions that tell you to screw everything in tightly and I don't have a 5 foot tall box laying around to put it in whole. So for now it looks like I'm out $200+ for something that will be going to the dump.
