We received the item in a timely matter but when we opened the package there was some damage. I called to let them know what happened and the woman I spoke with was very nice and reordered us a new one. She told me it would be here in time for Christmas. Well Christmas came and went and no new glove for our grandson. I called them up on December 26th and they told me it hasn’t even been personalized yet. Why was I told it would be here in time for the holidays? Very disappointed because the first one had damage to it and no one picked it up and disappointed that the replacement did not arrive in time to give to our grandson for Christmas. never got products had to cancel really mad about my orders and t hey better be CANCELED
