Was so disappointed. I loved the knife & the engraving on the knife was beautiful. I had a big issue with the case. For such a nice knife, the case seemed cheap. On top of that, the engraving was awful on the case. Some of the letters looked like they had smudges. One of the letters (the "A" in path), was barely readable. I did return it & was going to ask for a refund. However, I knew my grandson would love it so decided to give you another chance & have you send me a new one. Honestly, the case was like a piece of tin & trying to engrave it didn't work out on the one I received.

How could i review this Birthday gift for a special Birthday for my Grandson, I ordered this on Nov 3, and after numerous calls and conversations while checking frequently for a ship date, talking to 3 customer service supervisors who all told me it was out being monogramed, which were blatant lies. I got a phone call telling me it was back ordered to Jan. 2021. I was furious, as that is past the special Birthday. Customer service was terrible,
