The Keepsake Box was perfect; the personalized Keepsake Box that has the compass on top was flawed. In the word " anything" the " y" looks like a "v" as the bottom part of the " y" is missing . I was very disappointed and am sending it back. Gladys
Instead of sending the Grandson box, they sent Son. I returned it and am waiting to hear back.

The initials were spelled correctly. It is a challenge to get something spell correctly from Bradford Exchange. The don't read the name on the orders, the call U, you spell it out and they still send a whole completely different name on the music box. It is a shame & a disgrace.
Bradford products are always great collectibles.
Christmas present for my grandson, I think he is really going to like it. Nice craftsmanship, good quality.
i like the product however the inconvenience that the initials where upside down gift was dilate but product was replace tank you

My only suggestion is that for an older grandson ......like a graduation gift.....it is too small .......thank you.
