Never received my product. Ordered 12/5/25. Received an email saying that it would not arrive until after the holidays. Can’t check tracking ordered it with my PayPal account and when I set up an account to track it wasn’t able to track because I had no orders under that account. Very slow shipping. Will update date it I ever receive the order.

I do not yet have this ring. When ordered it was to be delivered by December 23. Checking the website on December 23 I learned that delivery for this Christmas Gift would be February 6. No email, no phone call, just no ring for Christmas. It may be a lovely product. We won't know for another several weeks. A definite customer service fail,though.

I wish I could review the product, however I placed the order on Black Friday and it was never shipped. The status has now been updated with an expected delivery in February. I’m extremely disappointed, as this was intended to be a Christmas present and I wouldn’t have purchased if it was estimated to take this long to ship.
