I have no basis for an evaluation on the product because I haven't received it. I ordered it over a month ago for a birthday gift, which has now passed. Your tracking is useless and so is customer service on this matter. I couldn't be more disappointed in this purchase and your support.

The picture is cuter than the necklace. The packaging was terrible. The chain was wrapped up in a knot. Don’t order if you need it for a gift, it took a month and 4 days to arrive with no tracking available customer service just told you to be patient and wait They lost my business
