not happy - I thought all the characters would be engraved on the ring and not on some paper or whatever it is that its printed on. I am disappointed and would have been happy with just a ring with Charlie Brown, Snoopy and Woodstock raised on the ring. Sorry

the product looks great, the customer service needs loads of improvements. I ordered this ring may 1st. called to see what happend on the 10th . they fixed an issue I found not them and then called on 13th. No clue why ring was not finalized. this ring was a gift and missed the birthday party all because they could not get their company people to do the right things.Very disappointed.
