I don't have it, hasn't been delivered. Contacted customer service twice via email! Paid almost $40.00 for two day delivery that was purchased Dec.12th, shipped Dec 16th. I have no idea where this thing is or if I'll ever receive it. I'll never purchase another thing from this company EVER! Oh by the way geniuses I live in Huntersville, NC! Why it was shipped from Chicago to San Diego is lunacy

My main complaint with your company is the packaging. I have several limited edition items that are seasonal. It would be really nice if you sent the items in reuseable boxes that are good for storage. Your huge styofoam boxes are awful! And not good for storing the items.

Hello Deborah, Some of our manufacturers forgo regular cardboard boxes and use only Styrofoam. This cuts down on wasteful packaging, and Styrofoam protects the product better than a regular box as it is molded to fit the product.
