Amazing product. The wife loves it. It is built really well but still feel the price could be a little better. It is said to be Thomas Kinkade but didn’t feel like it was. The face of the clock just didn’t have the pop of a standard of the Thomas Kinkade line. Of the material would have been canvas it would have made the clock perfect.

Product ordered to be delivered my Dec 16th with another item.. while the other one arrived this one never did.. UPS shows air bill created but never picked up.. Email to Customer Service, never replied. Waited on hold for 20 minutes on Dec 23rd, and they kept saying it was on way despite what UPS was saying, refunded my 2 day delivery fee but refused to refund my clock stating it will arrive any day, and a week later no package and UPS stated it was never picked up.. Just submitted proof to my CC company to refund this item..

Only one problem. Lights stay on when light isn’t very bright. Just worried I’ll go through a lot of batteries.

It didn’t work, we have to return it. It’s defective. The hands touch each other stopping it from work properly. I’m waiting for the return slip so I can send it back.

Shipped me a US Marines clock instead of this order. Reached out to customer service twice via email and got no response. Had to call them and coordinate a return. They will not ship my correct clock until I return this one they incorrectly shipped me. Thus, to get my correct order it's going to take me about 5 weeks after ordering when considering their fulfillment mistake and slow customer service. I expect better after dropping $500 on 2 clocks.
