The Harry Potter Platform 9 3/4 Wall Clock is of a Great Quality, Painted beautifully and Sturdy Wrought Iron makes it very much worth the money. The Owl is larger than I expected, I purchased the clock for my Son and His Wife on their 11th Wedding Anniversary. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of buying it.

I would love to truly review this product but cannot. It was ordered May 19. I paid for 2 day shipping ($41) and the product has yet to be shipped. I received an email stating it was shipped on the 20th, but upon tracking, the label was created on the 20th. As of May 26, it has never left the warehouse. I "chatted" with Gene on Friday the 23rd. He stated it should arrive that day by end of day, but after very sentence, he stated if it does not come, please call us on Monday (holiday). Now, after calling customer service, they state it will arrive on the 28th. Not sure how they can make this claim when the product has never left the warehouse. I was told the overnight shipping of $41 would not be refunded and I cannot cancel the order until I receive it. The overnight shipping is a complete scam (at least in my case.) Very disappointed in this process and with customer service.

I always liked Hedwig and the 9-3/4 platform at the train station so this clock was something I couldn’t pass up. It’s especially cool that the clock has a light that you can turn on and off and I use it as a nightlight.
