This was ordered as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient. He stated it was amazing. I have no pictures.
Was totally disappointed as when the Harry Potter clock arrived it was broken in pieces. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. I get her a Harry Potter gift every year from Bradford Exchange, and she looks forward to a new one each year and now I don't know if they will have the new one to me in time and I fear it will be broken as well. The packages are not marked fragile and i feel the delivery personnel just throw the packages around and don't care.

The item i ordered for my daughter as a Christmas gift arrived with one of the characters missing a hand. These gifts when opened are supposed to create joy for decades to come, they are not supposed to produce dismay. The person that packaged that item should be let go

The product did not arrive as stated. Was supposed to arrive on the 24th which I paid extra for 2 day shipping. It arrived on the 28th. When my son opened it hermines wand was broken off. And he had to glue it back. I paid too much for it not to be right. Should not have to glue a piece back on a 150.00 clock.
