I thought I was getting the tree in the first shipment. I emailed you and whoever the sweet little darling was that made the 2nd installment come immediately gave 110% and made it happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. What wonderful customer service. I was surprised when the tree came because I hadn't been notified that it had shipped.

I haven't received the whole product just a very small part cant fo a full review without having everything. I wanted this for Christmas not sure ill get everything and no updates on delivery

I returned it. Its not a tree. Its a plastic arch with two figures, Mary and Joseph. Not what I thought it was..

I was charged $217.64 and all I got was Mary and Jospeh . I have called but have not been able to get this resolved. I want to buy some more of your products but I’m waiting to get this straightened out.Thank you

Beautifully done, heavy weight shows quality of figurines. I paid up front for everything. Thought I would get the whole set at one time. Then found out it still is delivered a month apart. Then found out that the next shipment is on backorder, so won't come until maybe July. Sure hope I have the whole set by next Christmas!

I have ordered this twice and still don't have it. I will never use Bradford ever again. UPS damaged and then delivered the first order to the wrong address. The second order for this tree, I paid for two day shipping and still don't have it. I did receive a second Mary & Joseph and paid two day shipping on that but still "No Tree"
