The picture is much larger than the necklace I received. I was expecting an adult's necklace, but what I received was the size of a child's necklace.

The necklace is very pretty and my daughter likes it a lot. The only negative thing I will say is it's much smaller than the photograph would lead you to believe.

I purchased for a gift and had no time to return it to Bradford!!!! I had to take the necklace to a jeweler to be made correctly!!! Which of course was additional charge to myself on top of my cost of your merchandise

I was very disappointed......there is no white burst of anything. Just a blue sapphire. Supposed to be a special Christmas gift. I’m not sure if I will give it. Nothing like the picture. What you see on these pictures is the light reflecting to get the picture. What can we do?

Does not look like the photo at all. The sapphire is very light blue. Sapphire s are dark blue
