I placed order for this item then was denied the item by the company. When asked why I was denied they claimed I owe them money for another order placed 10 yrs ago. Stated they would send me the bills for owed balance. It's been 2 weeks. Still have nothing. Would have loved this product for a friend bday but will never do business with this company again. Their customer service sucks.
