Worst company ever , they lie about the tracking number which one I never got it ,not mention the item never came almost 2 month now still nothing! They lied that the item was at the Post office was another lie again! I reported Bradford to Paypal because they stoled my money and never received my item!!! Don't buy from them anything ! If I could give -0 star I would!

The water tower is well made and will fit well into a holiday HO scale scene. The lights are not very well done. There is a connector for an ac adapter; however, an adapter does not come with the water tower.

Rather blah compared to other items in series. Tiny Philips screw securing the battery compartment was a genuine pain in the ass trying to open. You should have included the right size Phillips. Needed more lights, for sure. Sound of some sort would have been good, too.

when lit the lights are not all that bright. and for the price this is rather a small item to compare with a village building costing the same. However it is a very nice piece to add to my Christmas Village Railroad.

I never received any information about my order after the initial email confirmation. I ordered this weeks ago and haven’t gotten a shipping confirmation or anything. This was supposed to be a gift and it was supposed to arrive before the holidays, but that clearly hasn’t happened. I’m typically very patient as long as I’m informed about the progress of my order, but this is frustrating beyond belief… especially since I was asked to rate a product I never received.
