It's been at least a few years since I ordered from B E. I was not then, nor am I now, disappointed. Quality was excellent! Order showed up packaged to keep product safe and secure for shipping. The only reason for my total stars at 4 is that the colors are a bit muted in R L vs the picture. That is not to say the colors are bad or there was a problem. Picture of product was just brighter than actual. It actually works better ascetically than if it would have.

was not what I expected. ribbon that holds the battery in was shredding. Loved the idea of kitchen baking tools but didn't fit in with my kitchen. Too Country looking.

I love this clock! I think it is so pretty and well detailed. Unfortunately after hanging it on the wall in the kitchen I realized that because the clock hands are silver I could not tell what time it was from any direction in the kitchen unless I was looking at it straight on. Due to the glare from the kitchen lights you just couldn’t see where the silver hands were. So I took the hands of the clock and spray painted them satin black. Problem solved! Thank you Bradford Exchange for a quality time piece that my family can enjoy for years to come. Maybe rethink the color of the hands. Thanks again!
