I like the design of this ring and it’s definitely well made. What I DO NOT like is, first, that it is made in CHINA, and secondly I ordered a 10.5 and received a 10.25, making it hard to take on and off. I have a ring gauge here in my home and that is what it measures. I’m undecided at this time as to wether or not I will keep it.

Ring was returned immediately due to wrong size being sent. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband, as a sign of respect for his military service in the Marine Corps, instead he got nothing ! Email was sent to customer support detailing issue and that ring was being returned, NO REPLY ! Called customer support 9 days later to see if they received ring, they said no, and to give it 2 to 3 more weeks before processing refund. I asked why there was no reply to my Email, the lady stated “ we don’t answer Emails “ ! To top it off the ring was “ Made in China “, with a big white sticker on box stating that it was !

I paid for expedited shipping and I still haven't received the item. I went to their website and submitted a request to get a response from customer service. No response. I called their customer service line and was asked to wait for the item to arrive until the end of the week. I couldn't even get them to refund the expedited shipping fee. A supervisor was supposed to call me back in 15 to 20 minutes. It's been 3 hours.

arrived with no outward appearance of damage, packaging was not damaged in any way. When ring was removed from box you could tell it was damaged. The stone was raised up off the bed, there were solder burns at the corners of the stone, the lettering and décor on the sides was blurred and not complete. ring returned.
