The product is nice, but it took too long to get it. I ordered it Dec 2 and received it Christmas Eve. It was a gift and arrived after my granddaughter arrived for our family Christmas. So stressful not getting it at a reasonable time.

My grand daughter loved it, it’s so sparkly and shiny, and adjusts to any size.
Great value for the money. Exactly as described and very pretty.
I still haven't got the replacement one. Your company sent the first one to the wrong address. I am still waiting for you to send the replacement. Three times you have screwed this up. Now, my grand daughter will not get this in time for Christmas.

I am MAD because you sent 2 of same bracelets and one I did NOT order!!! You are charging my bank account trice for the extra bracelets. I have tried to fix this and can't speak to anyone.
