I love the design, but there is something mechanically wrong with the rotation part of it, it won't rotate at all. I didn't send it back because I probably will not try to rotate it very often, and didn't seem worth the trouble

I was supposed to receive this produce before a given date. That date came and went. I ordered another item with the same result. Called customer service to be told they are on back order. This is unacceptable since I receive an email every few days about a product The Bradford Exchange has but cannot receive an update on a 3 week shipment status. I would suggest company's do business elsewhere.
