Usually things from Bradford Exchange are perfect. On this one, the sign on front was not level. Nothing I could do, tried a little shove. Also may have been a little big thrown around since the statue had a lot of styrofoam pieces around it and box it came in was not in the best shape, came USPS. For what we pay might want to consider UPS. The Duke looked like he was in a snow storm. Not sure if it is worth returning/exchanging if would get the same thing, so . . .

Stunning presentation of the physical piece. The recording is very weak, does not sound like John Wayne and is not well recorded. But again, the physical piece is fantastic. Please work on the audio.

Thought it was full bronze but it is actually just bronze plated and very light weight. Also the bronze plating looks a bit strange since it's in 2 different tones. (Not counting the American flag of course which is supposed to be colored)

I thought it would be a little heavier. And the volume for the "talking" was so quiet and muffled, we could barely understand it. (Yes, they were brand new batteries that were used). Not too excited that I paid extra shipping (over $20) to have it here for Father's Day to be disappointed in the quality.

Customer service was horrible. When I called I was hung up on. Then I was sent the same status twice. I had ordered another item at the beginning of December and told it was sold out. Very very poor service. Disappointed because I thought Bradford exchange was reputable. Now I have to go through the trouble emailing the double statue back. Then I’m told I’m on an order to receive a statue every month and be charged. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THAT. I just wanted the one item. Terrible company.

I ordered two sculptures at the same time, they said they’d be delivered at the same time. I received one of the sculptures and I haven’t received the other and it’s been almost 2 weeks. I ordered both of them over 2 weeks ago. Don’t like being lied to never will order anything again!
