I am very upset. I received the lamp, but just the base, the shade and the cord. All of the hardware is missing. This was to be a birthday present, now we have to twist for the return label and replacement product . I talked to customer service and they said they were unable to send the missing parts. I have to wait longer. I specifically paid for the express shipping in order to have it this weekend, now the gift I had planned on wont be there.
