Ordered as a Father’s Day gift not expecting for a single lighter to arrive in the mail, the wording of the description made it very unclear I was signing up for a subscription with my purchase since shipping made the total $70+ I thought it was a wonderful deal only to have my family look at the details with me and after a while we realized it was a subscription and I’ll be charged another $10.99 a month for the remaining lighters and my father only got a single lighter on Father’s Day

This was my 1st time using Bradford Exchange and I was NOT happy, I thought I was purchasing the whole thing cause I wanted it for a Father's Day gift and come to find out that I would get one item a month.. I purchased the first lighter and the lighter is really nice but was not happy about the rest..

I bought it but I only got one of the lighters and not the whole thing I paid my hard earned money I break my back for to buy my 79 year old grandpa a birthday present because he loves John Wayne and he's the reason I got into John Wayne's movies but I didn't fully get what I thought I paid for.

Well considering all I have gotten is 1 Zippo lighter 🫣 I am a bit disappointed as I purchased the collection for a Christmas gift and have no hope on even seeing the rest before Christmas as I have no tracking information on anything else. I did go back and read the fine print- looks like they will come separately but I need to call- did I pay 60$+ dollars for a Zippo lighter and a case?? Or will I get what is pictured/advertised? This was my first experience purchasing from here. Things have good reviews so I'm hopeful this will end well. I will update my review if and when I get all that I purchased.

I was told I wouldn't be charged over $49 for each piece of the collection and was charged $69 for the second order. Plus I was told the display case would accompany the 2nd shipment and it didn't!!! I am very disappointed with this collection

I’m honestly very upset I thought I was paying almost $80 for a plack with the zippo collection not just a single zippo lighter for what I paid I could have easily bought 2 very nice zippo’s from a store that sells zippo’s I will not be purchasing anything from you guy’s anymore
