I never rec. this item. I rec. a coat that i did not order. This was extremely disappointing due to it being a gift for Christmas. I have sent the jacket back and hope to get the vest soon

Can't rate the product as I have not received it. Can't determine when I will receive it as no shipping info has been provided. Have to work hard to find find customer service contact info and not sure what 'service' I will receive once contact is established.
