This company is a joke. After placing on order they removed my first payment from my credit card. 2 days later they stated I would have to pay in full, no big deal. I did not complete the order however they did not refund my initial payment and they charged my credit card $16.95 per month for 2 months with no explanation. I'm working with my credit card company to stop payment. I've had no help from Bradford. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Have returned this item. It is made from materials that are not high quality. Inner button system awkward and hard to use, plus it will not keep out the cold. Not at all satisfied and don't feel it was anything close to how it was marketed.
