In my opinion, this ring looks like it came out of a crackerjack box. Very cheaply made. The only reason why I’m keeping it is because it is a Kansas City Chiefs ring. Other than that, you would be getting it back. Very disappointed. I always thought very highly of Bradford exchange. But not after this.

Bait and switch. I was promised a delivery date of February 14. Now it looks like it won’t be available until late in March. So I feel totally ripped off. I don’t think I’ll ever buy from Bradford exchange again. I called and asked to leave a formal complaint but I doubt if that was ever given to upper management.

Well I placed my order on February 1, with a guarantee delivery by Valentines Day February 14th. Now it says my order won’t arrive till March 28th. Totally ruined my Valentines Day plan. Probably never going to get it from you
