I purchased item 10 days before Christmas amber today is 12-26-23 and I have not received it yet. I even paid extra for item to be here before Christmas. I will not purchase anything from them again.

We purchased this 10 days before Christmas and I paid extra to make sure it would get here before Christmas. And today is 12-26-23 and I have not received my order. I am extremely disappointed. I will never purchase another item from this company again.
