My wife loves it. Shipping was an issue. I paid alot extra for 2 day delivery. My order shipped 8/31/26. Delivered on 9/3/26. That NOT 2nd day. When did I get a refund for the extra shipping charge?

I’m a very good consumer & was floored by lackluster quality, sizing of “chest” upon receipt. It’s WAY overpriced for size, lackluster details & even packaging was careless. Bought it as a gift for a best friend & had to purchase something else. Returning this teeny tiny box to Bradford Exchange. Extremely disappointed!
