This is the second one I purchased. First one was donated to the American Legion Post # 178, Grove, Oklahoma and now in their hall. This one will stay in my home. It looks of excellent quality and workmanship
Received August 13th and the top gold trim was loose in the plastic bag. Poor quality for the cost. Not sure it can be fixed locally and look as good as originally. Will return it if possible. See photos.

Exceeded my expectation, great quality would not hesitate to buy from you again!!!
They could spend a minute or two checking their work but a drop of super glue and a screw driver took care of the problem
I ordered this on 7/8/25. You have yet to send it to me. Your customer service is terrible as I repeatedly asked you to send me information and only recently found out it will be at least over one month before I receive it.

I have not received the item yet. Can not rate if not received. I have not received any notice from Bradford when I will receive. It was promised by 29 July 2025 Maybe you can find out the problem

The Vietnam soldier that received this cried. He said that it is absolutely beautiful! He loves it! He said that he is putting in his will that when he dies that this is to be donated to him Vietnam soldiers group.
Although the Viet Nam War brings bad memories to many, my brother has some good memories and was proud to serve. He is going to love it.
I have not gotten it yet.

Never received this product it was promised delivery between 3/7/25 and 3/21/25 now it looks like delivery won't be until May sometime. Poor customer service. They send me a rate the product request months before delivery.

I couldn't tell you a thing about this product. I have not received it even though I was advised it would be delivered on March 18 on the package tracker. When it was not delivered on the same day I checked the tracked it said it would now be delivered on April 28! I placed the order on Feb 17th and paid in full. When I contacted Customer Service I received an email response that was basically , " Thank you for your order and it will be delivered on April 28" Never addressed the issue as to why the tracked said it would be delivered on March 18. On the 18th it actually stated "Will be delivered today" I sent a 2nd email and got the same Tough Luck response. I'm Director of Operation and Security at a 5 Star hotel and know good customer service and this was not it. I will also contact the Viet Nam Veterans of America, of which I am a life member and advise them of this issue since I saw the Plaque advertised in the monthly magazine. John Tarangelo
