Horrible customer service, sent an email the day the product ordered was supposed to arrive, I paid extra for shipping charges to arrive that day, and instead arrived 3 days later. The item ordered was a gift for a birthday that I never was able to give, had to purchase something else. I explained the problem and the email I received was just telling me that the product will arrive 3 days later, nothing else, was totally ignored.

It needs a way to turn off the light in the support arm. It is a real pain in the neck at night because it lights up the whole room. I do not want lights at night. Other than that, it's a nice item.

A friend has a Levitating Globe Sculpture on display in the living room of their home. It is quite a conversation piece. I purchased as a novelty gift for someone who entertains a lot and was recently remarried. The couple was very pleased with the gift.
