Ordered ring on December 10th for a Christmas gift. It is December 28th and the ring has yet to arrive. Item was shipped USPS Marketing Mail instead of using a shipping option that would deliver the product in a timely manner. Will never consider a purchase from Bradford Exchange again.

I do not know it still has not arrived I even payed extra for to day shipping order on the 8th of December and they are saying it may be the 16th before I may get it

Cheap, poor quality ring. I bought this as an anniversary gift for my wife, and what a disappointment. The "opal" looked cheaper and more artificial than her old synthetic opal ring. If it's real opal, then it's very low grade.

I rate your product when I receive it! Last check, 4/6 weeks out. Also it is a gift being sent to an alternate address. You had it being sent to my home address. Don’t know if that’s cleared up. I sent a email correcting that but I received no reply. As of now I have to rate the product at 0.
