Hi I like the product but unfortunately I only got the Mary and baby Jesus but no Joseph. It was sent to me like I only ordered the 2 but I knew I order Joseph too. If the packing would've acknowledged there was one missing that would be fine. I thought it was very slick not mentioning sorry Joseph wasn't sent will send soon. It wasn't until I called first was I told they would send it. The product is nice but send the whole thing and if you can't at least add in there sorry this figurine will come in 4 days or whatever don't just try to pass off like I didn't order the whole thing

I order 5 of theses for Christmas gifts, but never receive my order. Instead 3 weeks later I received a card to contact customer service. Upon contact, I was told that my order would be only Mary and the baby, not Joseph. I explained that I ordered what was in the picture. I was told that this was a series and Joseph would have to be ordered separate, at a separate cost. I have alway been a customer and was pleased with my order in the pass. I am very disappointed and feel this is false advertising. If this a separate cost then it should appear separate. I canceled my order, because I feel this is not good business practice. You should honor what you advertised. I am sure the quality and money value was good.
