I'm revising my review. I returned the baby because it's not anything like what is advertised & never got a refund. They say it was issued on Aug. 13th but on August 18th I spoke with support on the phone & they said the refund should be in my bank account no later than Wednesday l Thursday August 20th. So now I have no product & was screwed out of 51.83$. thanks Bradford, I appreciate your horrible business ethics. You didn't even send a refund confirmation email so I have no proof of anything. Great job.

Not worth the money. Bradford exchange lied about their 2 day shipping policy. I pain an extra $35 to receive this item late ruining my granddaughters birthday. I will never purchase an item from this company again. Buyer beware
