I feel that they did great work. The tag with the name was done beautifully. The rose is stunning. The vase is heavy; quality work. The three together make a wonderful gift. I like the quality of each piece and how they look together. This is a nice gift for a daughter to give her mother, a husband to give his wife, and for someone who has lost a loved one.

This was ordered in October. Delivery was supposed to to be toward the end of November. I have called twice and now they are saying sometime in January. . . .very disappointing. I bought it for the loss of a child and although the service for him has come and gone at least I could have given the family the forever rose at the holidays in rememberence of Luke. Now not even for Christmas! Very disappointed. Customer service said they would call me back but didn’t.

MAGNIFICENT!!! Beautiful beyond words ... although we need to remember that this is a REAL rose, and so there are some little imperfections which show up ... and should show up in a real rose. I cannot be happier with this rose, since it is the symbol of the love that I feel for the person whom I love in this life. You cannot go wrong with ordering this beautiful rose if it touches your heart to do so ... you won't be disappointed!
