Still have not received it after two months of being on order. Now being told it will be delivered at the end of January 2026, even though it was ordered in the beginning of November 2025. Do not order from this company. Nothing should take three months to be delivered.

Not what i was expecting. I would have preferred it smaller and more tapered like the photo and that the personalized names be on the ornament itself. My fault for not looking more closely.

The only issue was the heart is so tiny that you can hardly see what it says. I think the heart should be bigger or have less lines so the writing is legible.

I was ready to contact you because you forgot to engrave it. However, WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS I saw it was done. The engraving was so light you can’t see it with normal eyesight. Sorry to say, I was not happy! I told recipient they can take it to local jewelers and they maybe to engrave the other side.

THE LIGHTS TIMER WORKS ONE DAY THEN THE NEXT DAY IT DONT CHANGE THE BATTERYS AGAIN TURN IT ON THEN IT DOES THE SAMETHING.
