This is a scam!!!!! You don't even send me everything that was supposed to come with it then sign me up for some kind of rewards and THEEENNN you charge my card multiple times for different amounts and put me in the negative. I have never been more unhappy with this kind of service. I've called and emailed multiple times and no one can seem to answer your customer service line or have the common decency to email me back. This is a joke.

The price is not agreeable for the product. $76 for two small oil bottles? That’s insane. I would not buy from here again. Also, I have been unable to find the elusive unsubscribe button! Nice, thanks for ripping people off.

I did not receive the glass jar or incense sticks and I didn’t realize this wasn’t ceramic. It’s nice but kinda cheap for what I paid for it. The water reservoir is really small too.

I can’t rate this as I never received it. It’s been almost 2 months with no response. And when I contacted customer service they can not give me the time of day. But they were very eager to take my money. And I have asked for a refund multiple times with no response.

Cosmetically, the skull diffuser is beautiful. I am terribly disappointed given the price and name that the diffuser hole if off center to the diffuser that sits under it. I wish it didn’t sit wonky under the skull.
