My tree was broken when it arrived. The star is broken off the tree and it isn’t in the box. Must have been a broken return. The Grinch strikes again. Didn’t open the box until ready to wrap and now too late to get a replacement

Arrived with star broken. I believe it is due to the foam packing. Will not retourn for exchange replacement would fare no better. Sorry to see it is made in China.

I like the product very much but it is much smaller than I thought it would be. I have gotten other Christmas trees through Bradford and they were much bigger. Too much money for the size in my opinion.

While this is a very cute tree, it arrived with the star broken and the paint scraped around the base. Very disappointing. Too late to return and get a replacement in time for Christmas, so I whipped out the super glue. I suppose I can paint it later.
