I would not recommend this product because when I got it, I didn’t realize that you could not only light the globe without Elvis singing. You want decoration for the house you don’t wanna hear Elvis singing blue Christmas every time you light it up. I had to have my husband cut the wire from playing blue Christmas so that I can just light the ornament without Elvis singing. It’s a beautiful high-quality item, but whoever Created it made a huge mistake. They should’ve given you two options, light and sing or just light up. So thank God I had a husband who could clip the wire otherwise I would not recommend this whatsoever.

I had to order 2 of these because the first order was defective! The Elvis Mansion was not sitting straight…I returned it and have not gotten credit back yet. The second one I ordered was in better condition and I got it in time for Christmas.

The 2 snow globes had dirty murky water in the globe and one of the Christmas trees did not light up in the globe. Was very disappointed. I sent both snow globes back for a refund. So far I have a refund for 1 globe, waiting for a refund for the 2nd globe.

Strongly recommend to never order from this company. The only # listed to contact someone for assistance is disconnected..which they advertise everywhere to get ahold of them. I already emailed this company the same day I received my package and still no response 1. I paid extra $30ish dollars for expedited shipping so my item can arrive before Christmas…nope this item arrived 5 days late 2. The item received was damaged …the Graceland mansion was completely dislodged from the snow globe and the liquid was murky Do not order from this company if you expect quality products . This item was $120 dollars so I expect for it to arrive in well condition
