Looks different on site than in person
I still have not received my purchase and the tracking is not current. It has taken way to long to still not have my purchase

Wife loved it great quality and great value
I have nothing to say about this because I have not received it yet. I have been waiting for two weeks. I have tried to track it but there is no record of it anywhere. This was a Christmas present your my wife. Where the hell is it?

The picture on the website is very misleading. The cut presented shows many facets and has a shine to it. The cardinal appears to be a distinct bright red. You have to look at the item very close to see any depth in the actual cut. The material looks to be a resin or cheap glass. The cardinal is red, but not as pictured on the website. The one redeeming quality is wording on the back, which is accurate, as indicated. The site indicated packaging would be beautiful, but it is in a company logo bag and a small pink gift box. Needless to say, the product is definitely not worth the price they are charging for it.

The necklaces are beautiful. The chain is sparkly! I bought them for the significance of the cardinal. A sigh from heaven
In the photo of the red bird inside a crystal necklace is not what I received. The pendant looks like smooth, cheap plastic. I am very disappointed in the quality of the necklace.

Love the necklace
A little larger than expected. Also cheaper quality. Thought it would b glass & not plastic
I'm only giving the product itself 5 stars. Bradford Exchange as a company gets a 1 star, and thats only because the necklace showed up. My order was placed on the 4th and the necklace didn't show up until the 27th. Thats with being told theres a "guarantee delivery before Christmas." 1 star = one and done purchase.
I can't rate something that I haven't received. As of 12/26/25 I have yet to receive this product. With the amount of shipping you charge I should have received this many days ago Christmas or not. I am not happy and will think again before I order from you again.

I have not received this product as promised by 12/22/25. In addition, the product has still not been delivered as of today 12/27 and last check on the tracking its being returned because due to supplier entering the wrong address. Very disappointed in the service

Completely disappointed. Website shows a 3 dimensional faceted crystal with a cardinal and a verse. What i received was not as portrayed. A heart shaped piece of plastic with a pice of paper sandwiched between the layers. Completely one dimensional. Absolutely false advertising.
